Northwest Integrated Health (NWIH) is a multidiscipline medical clinic in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. NWIH offers a variety of medical interventions such as Hormone Replacement Therapy, Functional Medicine, Peptide Therapies, Chiropractic Care, Physical Rehabilitation, Direct and Primary Care, Massage Therapy, and Intravenous Nutrient Therapy.
Our approach to healthcare at NWIH focuses on preventative care, the underlying cause of disease, and individual biochemistry. Our providers share the common ambition to listen, educate and empower patients to become the healthiest version of themselves.
Dr. Christina Fisher, FNP-C, brings a wealth of knowledge of over ten years of healthcare experience to NWIH. She achieved her Doctoral Degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA, and is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Highly advanced in her training in Primary Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy, Dr. Fisher believes that Functional Medicine is the best approach to aging healthier and living happier.
When she is not treating patients at NWIH, Dr. Fisher FNP-C provides cosmetic injections and skin care services at Sarah Hamilton Face in Liberty Lake, WA. Outside work, she stays active by hiking, wake surfing, skiing, cooking healthy meals, and spending quality time with her family and two pups.
Rebekah achieved her Masters of Nursing Science degree from Georgetown University and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With over 28 years of medical experience, Rebekah brings a remarkable and broad knowledge base to NW Integrated Health.
Dr. Burk Thomas brings his passion for Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation to NWIH. Dr. Thomas received his Doctorate from the University of Western States, formally Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR. He has over twelve years of experience combining soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, strength and flexibility exercises, and chiropractic manipulation to help his patients accomplish their musculoskeletal and physical goals.
Dr. Thomas enjoys going to the gym, hiking, fishing, wake-surfing, cooking, and spending time with his family and dogs.
Dr. Bill Higgins brings over 18 years of chiropractic experience to NWIH. In addition to chiropractic, he is certified in Injectable Nutrient Therapy, is a licensed clinical nutritionist, and brings over 10 years of experience in regenerative injection therapy. Dr. Higgins is also the Idaho delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and has been doing so since 2015.
When Dr. Higgins is not at the clinic treating patients, he enjoys time canoeing and downhill skiing with his wife, teaching his son to play chess, and watching his daughter thrive.
